Returns Policy


You may return any full-priced item for either a size exchange or credit but we do not provide a refund on incorrect sizing or change of mind. If you wish to return an item (Australian orders only), you must contact us within 7 days from the delivery date. You can do this by visiting the contact us page and provide your order number. Postage for Returns/Exchanges are at the customer’s cost.

If the returned item had been sent to you with Free Freight, the cost of that freight will be deducted from the refund that will be issued to you.

Returns and exchanges must be received by Little Gems in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attaches. We have the right to reject your return or exchange if it has an odour or markings that were not there when dispatched from the Little Gems office, as all items are checked prior to being dispatched.

If your return does not meet our Returns Policy it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the return postage cost. Returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer, unless an agreement has been made with Little Gems prior to returning an item. Returns are processes within 3 business days of Little Gems receiving your return/exchange.

We do not accept returns and exchanges for Accessories and Sale Items.

All returns must be sent to our Head Office via post only, and please include your order number.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers. In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, you must contact Little Gems within 7 days of the delivery date.

If you believe your garment has a fault, please email with a description of the garment, and of the fault as well as photos attached. Faulty garments will not be accepted unless they are in the original condition with tags attached.

Assessing Returns

Returned products will be assessed by Little Gems and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. Nonreturnable items and/or returned items which do not satisfy the Conditions of Return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the customers expense.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our Site Policy, which is accepted by the customer at the point of purchase, we are not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, or if you change your mind.
In the case where a major fault has occurred with the product, we will offer a repair or replacement.
Please note that all fault claims are assessed on a case by case basis and the outcome for refund is at the discretion of Little Gems International.
